John Kamali is the Founder and Chairman of Commercial One Inc., where he leads a team of professionals specializing in mortgage brokerage, investment sales, and retail leasing advisory services. As the driving force behind the firm’s daily operations, John brings expertise and leadership to every aspect of the business.
He is also a licensed real estate broker in the state of California.
Aris kamali
As Associate/VP, she is involved in every stage of a transaction including, processing, market research, property tours, preparation of pitch materials and offering memoranda, marketing of transactions, term sheet negotiations, closings, and client meetings and events.
As part of the Real Estate Finance team within Finance, Planning & Analytics Division, plays a key leadership role in the financial management of the firms approximately. She collaborates in her capacity, with and be a trusted VP to the Corporate Services real estate team. Project work includes supporting the integration of new technology as she formed and completed the web site for firm, initiatives and driving
enhanced/improved models, with Marketing,
- Analyze the corporate real estate portfolio expense and present recommendations to leadership to improve financials and highlight savings opportunities.
- Support strategic decision making by providing in-depth financial analysis on complex real estate transactions including sale/leaseback, dispositions, consolidations, acquisitions, renewals, and subleases.
