Job Responsibilities :
  • Making outbound calls to prospective customers or clients from a provided list or database.
  • Understanding the product or service being offered thoroughly to effectively communicate its features and benefits to potential customers.
  • Initiating sales calls to generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales deals.
  • Conducting market research to identify potential customers and their needs.
  • Handling inbound calls from customers, addressing their queries, providing product information, and resolving complaints or issues.
  • Maintaining accurate and updated records of calls, interactions, and transactions using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software or other designated systems.
  • Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Developing and nurturing relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
  • Participating in training sessions to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and communication skills.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations during all interactions with customers.
